The record holder of the Podium Girl of the Year: Elsa Boirie has started a new project yesterday, namely yoga. Of course it fell on her Instagram that Elsa has lost her heart to yoga, she regularly shares photos and videos about yoga. Just before last year's Tour de France she graduated as a yoga teacher and I was of course proud of that. As many men (of course we think) thought that yoga is much more for women than for men, after googling I found out that yoga can also be perfect for men. So I can do it too? Elsa was trained by the best yoga teachers in the world so she knows what she's doing, sharing her passion for yoga with her friends / Podium Girls from the Tour de France: Sevérine, Carline, Magalié and so on. By sharing her passion with her friends they also got the yoga microbe, they successfully participate and practice sometimes with her or sometimes without her. I am convinced that yoga has brought them even closer together as friends.
