The organization of the Podium Girl of the Year has decided to vote the allocation in phases. On June 17 there will be a vote for the 4 candidate states, the best two states will compete on June 24 for the bid that other 2 states drop out and will no longer participate in the bid, later the last one will be voted which state and that will be the first winner from the bus, the organizing state. On July 1, the organizing state must propose to members of the organization in which city PGOTY can take place, such as in the allotment of the Olympics.
